Irkotta & Chive Dip
500g fresh Benna irkotta
1 grinded garlic clove
4 tbsp fresh chives
3 tbsp of olive oil
A good squezze of lemon
- Finely chop the chives and grind the garlic.
- The rest is as easy as mashing all of the ingredients together.
- The dip’s consistency can be altered by adding either fresh milk or cream.
- Season lightly, cover and refrigerated for a couple of hours allowing the flavours to blend.
- Sit the dip at room temperature for at least 45 minutes prior to serving.
