Sales & Marketing Administrator (Ref: SMA 001_19)


The ideal candidate will be required to support the management in Sales & Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:


  1. Handling marketing campaigns and project management together with the entire marketing team

  2. Regularly update social media communication channels with inspiring content to ensure growth and interactions with followers

  3. Gathering and auditing marketplace information

  4. Develop consumer insight and understand target consumers

  5. Meeting existing and potential clients and establishing a very good rapport with them

  6. Compiling sales reports and market data

  7. Analysing sales data and market trends

  8. Submitting detailed reports to Management



Specialized training in the field will be provided to the chosen applicant.


Applicants are expected to:


  1. Have at least a Diploma (MQF Level 4) in Sales/Marketing or equivalent

  2. Ideally have past experience working in the fast moving consumer goods market

  3. Be highly IT literate and proficient in digital marketing

  4. Have an eye for detail and in tune with current trends

  5. Possess excellent reporting and communication skills and be able to work with minimal supervision

  6. Be in possession of a valid driving license
